Overview
Description: AGC MA and the Massachusetts Construction Advancement Program (MCAP) award scholarships annually to students enrolled in construction- or civil engineering–related degree programs at accredited four-year colleges or universities. The scholarships support students studying construction, construction technology, construction engineering, civil engineering, or construction management. Awards are open to both full-time and qualifying part-time students and are intended to recognize academic progress in construction-related fields. Financial need is considered in the selection process but is not a required criterion for eligibility.

Eligibility
Eligibility: Applicants must be Massachusetts residents or be attending a college or university in Massachusetts and must be enrolled in an accredited four-year degree program related to construction or civil engineering. Acceptable fields include construction, construction technology, construction engineering, civil engineering, and construction management. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible; part-time applicants must be enrolled in at least two construction- or civil engineering–related courses during the same semester. Previous recipients may reapply provided they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.

- Full-time and part-time students eligible; part-time must take ≥2 related courses per semester
- Previous awardees may reapply if still eligible
