Award Criteria
The program will select two recipients, each receiving an individual award of $1,000. Payments are issued as checks made out to the recipient’s educational institution and mailed to the winner’s personal address as part of award fulfillment. Entry Requirements
Applicants must submit a 400–800 word essay explaining why logistics or supply chain management is their chosen major. The essay should use a personalized tone and draw on sincere, firsthand experience rather than formal academic language. Only one entry is permitted per contestant. Incomplete entries or missing attachments may render an application ineligible.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and be enrolled or enrolling as full-time students at an accredited U.S. college or university for an undergraduate degree in logistics or an equivalent field. Eligible applicants include honorably discharged veterans and current active duty members (including National Guard and Reserves), spouses of service members or veterans, and qualifying children (under age 21, or full-time students under age 23). Employees, professional affiliates, agents of Allied Van Lines, and their immediate families are not eligible. Applicants must also meet IRS criteria for tax-free scholarship treatment.

Winners and Notification

Winners must follow any additional instructions received as part of notification to complete award processing.
