Each year the Washington Farm Bureau offers up to five (5) $2,000 scholarships as part of the Ray DeVries Memorial Scholarship program. Following the demise of Cleo in November 1996, the Board of Directors at the Livingston County Farm Bureau decided to establish a scholarship in her memory.
